I just published my 2-star review for SSL-VPN at Amazon.ca. The book introduces the SSL-VPN concept in a very high level. I was expecting more details. I think that the SSL-VPN has a very promising future as long as it is combined with a strong virtual desktop environment. It can give organizations flexible, easy to manage, secure gateway to web-based applications. Having said that the implementation of SSL-VPN technologies will still need sometime to mature.
