CISO Leadership: Essential Principles For Success

This is another book I read in 2008, but didn't have a chance to post a review. I just published my 5-star review for CISO Leadership: Essential Principles For Success at Amazon.ca.

This is a rare leadership book specifically written for the security professionals. Each section in this book is written by one (or two) experienced security professionals. The importance of having good soft skills increases as we move towards the top management in a company. Leadership is one of the key elements of a CISO. Although the book is little bit expensive, the information contained in the book is worth the price. I strongly recommend this book for those who are looking for a leadership book in the field of information security.
